Payment
Orders are processed through PayPal and Stripe.
Shipping
Orders are shipped several days each week. A shipping confirmation email is automatically generated when a shipping label is created.
USA
$10 flat rate USPS Priority Mail for orders of more than 1 skein.
The shop is set up for $10 flat rate shipping, however, $5.00 will be refunded for orders that consist of one full size skein (or two 50 gram skeins). Please allow up to one business day for the refund to be issued. Single skein orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (previously First Class Mail).

International Shipping
Currently shipping to Australia, Japan, and New Zealand - shipping to Canada is temporarily suspended
Two shipping options:
USPS First Class Package International Service - delivery time can vary from several days to weeks. No tracking number once the package leaves the United States.
USPS Priority Mail Package International Service - approx. 6-10 business days, includes USPS tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates and delays are possible.
Each shipment will receive a shipping confirmation email with shipment and/or tracking number. Orders may arrive anywhere from several days to several weeks after shipment date.
Custom fees and import fees/duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by country of delivery.

Order Combining
When possible, multiple orders placed during the same day will be combined and shipped together. Shipping overages will be refunded when the order ships.
Returns
If you would like to make a return, please contact the shop about a return within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for yarn sent back without contacting the shop first. Yarn must be in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. skeined, tagged, unblemished, and odor-free. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund of the purchase price of the yarn will be issued promptly after the yarn is received and inspected.
SALE listings are not eligible for return.
Wholesale
Orange Flower yarn is currently not available for wholesale purchase and is only sold in this online shop.
Dyed-to-Order/Pre-orders/Custom Orders
DTO (dyed-to-order):
Thank you to everyone who ordered from the dyed-to-order yarn page. As of May 7, 2024 I am taking a break from offering DTO yarn. I’m not sure when/if a dyed-to-order option will return. Please check back.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
I am accepting custom orders on a case by case basis. If you are interested in having yarn custom dyed for you, please send me a message.
Please note, there is a 2 skein minimum per colorway for lace and fingering weight and 4 skein minimum for DK and heavier. Not all bases and/or colorways may be available for custom orders. We can discuss options.
Custom orders are usually ready in under 4 weeks.
Gift Certificates
Currently, I don’t offer digital or physical gift cards on this website.
If you would like to purchase yarn to have sent as a gift, I would be happy to include a note from you to the recipient. Just send me a message after you place your order.
All orders are wrapped in custom tissue paper and do not include a printed receipt - a receipt is emailed at time of purchase.
Privacy
This shop will only use the information you provide, such as name, address, email address, to complete your order. This means creating a shipping label, sending a shipping confirmation email, and responding to your emails.
