Payment

Orders are processed through PayPal and Stripe.

Shipping

Orders are shipped several days each week from eastern Pennsylvania. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is automatically generated when a shipping label is created.

USA

$10 flat rate - Orders ship via USPS. When a shipping label is created, an email with a tracking number is sent to each customer.

Single skein orders: $5.00 will be refunded for orders that consist of one full size skein (or two 50 gram skeins). Please allow up to one business day for the refund to be issued.

Be sure your shipping address is correct.

Refunds cannot be given for orders shipped to incorrect shipping addresses.

Order Combining

When possible, multiple orders placed during the same day will be combined and shipped together. Shipping overages will be refunded when the order ships.

Returns

If you would like to make a return, please contact the shop about a return within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Returns will not be accepted for yarn sent back without contacting the shop first. Yarn must be in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. unused, skeined, tagged, unblemished, and odor-free. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund of the purchase price of the yarn will be issued promptly after the yarn is received and inspected. Please be sure to carefully pack, label, and track your returned skeins.

SALE listings are not eligible for return.

Wholesale

Orange Flower yarn is currently not available for wholesale purchase and is only sold in this online shop.

If you are a yarn shop owner interested in selling Orange Flower hand-dyed yarn in your shop, please feel free to contact me.

Dyed-to-Order/Pre-orders/Custom Orders

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I am accepting custom orders on a case by case basis. If you are interested in having yarn custom dyed for you, please send me a message and can discuss options.

Sweater quantities, i.e. 4 or more skeins of a colorway are preferred.

Custom orders are usually ready in under 4 weeks.

Privacy

This shop will only use the information you provide, such as name, address, email address, to complete your order. This means creating a shipping label, sending a shipping confirmation email, and responding to your emails.
